This mornings jobs........
We swept out the bird hide and hung up teasels and did a really good litter pick all over. Then lots of checking up on the oak trees planted beyond Coppice Pond. Checked the pond edgings, the drainage channels and moved quite a few branches out of the stream which were blocking the flow.

A very hot 34° 🔥 this morning!! This didn't put the team off!! Tree guards removed & the Herbaceous border watered!! Well done👏👏.

Just a couple of pictures from today........SPOT THE VOLUNTEER !!🤣😂
Today we cleared more Balsam and cut back overgrown paths at the lower car park area. We also did a really good litter pick from the Visitors Centre down into the lower car park!!

Today's tasks - trimming trees by the path to the Bird Hide & securing the logs by the boggy area.
Adding plants to the Herbaceous border in the Picnic area.🤤
