Our Social Group enjoyed playing cards yesterday! Plenty of laughs and friendly banter! Everyone won a game as well! We then all enjoyed going next door to Chutney Indian restaurant coseley for a lovely Curry together! Lovely to see how friendships have formed from this group!

Unfortunately we have cancelled our Digital and Job Skills Club at Halesowen Library this morning.
We will be back on Tuesday the 13th January from 10 - 12. If you would like support with you digital skills or employability skills please come along for some support and advice.

Tomorrow (28th November) at 10am, our regular group 'Crafty Club' will be inviting a special guest:

The West Midlands' very own Iron Lady Fitness C.I.C aka Nazia, to take over the session.

We will be dropping our crochet hooks, putting aside our diamond painting and knitting needles to join in a specially designed activity which includes an inspirational talk, some hints and tips on health and fitness and some light activity!

Whatever your age and fitness ability, you are more than welcome!!
Just dress ready to move, and come along to be inspired.
