The Ark Essex We are a Day Dentre that provide stimulating activities that are designed to keep all the attendees entertainment through displays of affection. at present.

At the Ark we feel that we can support the elderly with stimulating activities to support carers giving them a break by providing a day service for them. Socialisation for those living alone and feeling isolated and depressed. Our approach is person centered. We endeavour to meet the needs of everyone who comes into our organisation. Our staff consists of varied expertise ranging from Business Man

agement to trained Support Workers coming from different backgrounds such as Mental Health, Domiciliary care, Residential Care, Social Care, Security and other private industries. All of the Staff Hold Enhanced DBS and aspiring to advance in Social care. Tender loving care (TLC)

We do not provide support for people with high mobility needs or high nursing needs such as peg feed etc.
