** Notice for Omnipod users **

Faulty Omnipod Reporting
Patients should report any faulty pods directly to Insulet Customer Care - 0800 011 6132 (UK) or (+44) 20 3887 1709 (If calling from abroad).

Their website can also be utilised to follow orders/deliveries, report faulty pods, failed adhesive, communication issues or alarming pods; This will ensure any pods are replaced if deemed faulty and eligible.

Have your Pod Lot Number, Serial Number, and any alarm codes ready.
