Linked to Independent Schools in Oxfordshire Meeting in Oxford 3 times a year on a Saturday Morning, March, May & October.

It is most upsetting when two meetings in a row are abandoned. This is now the case for us, it's not a year since our amalgamation and the writing is on the wall. There will be discussions with Oxford Province Executive in the near future.

Brethren, and Friends,
As of today Old St.Edwards Lodge is to be called the Independent Schools Lodge of Oxfordshire 5162.
Our actual amalgamation date with Old Bloxhamists is to be decided in the coming weeks. Essentially we will accept joining and new members who fit into these categories:
Live in Oxfordshire but attended an independent school/college anywhere in the UK.
And attended an independent school/college in Oxfordshire but live elsewhere. Our catchment area is now huge. We were stifled by our original Schools who had now become coeds and were unprepared to advance one gender without the other. Ultimately we were not prepared to start a ladies and gents Lodge. Maybe in the future!!!!
