On Tuesday afternoon we had the opportunity to deliver a talk about Community First Responders and provide a demonstration of CPR and use of a public access defibrillator.

we honour the bravery and sacrifice of all who served and continue to serve.

On Sunday we joined forces with Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue Service hosting members of MK’s Redway Runners at the Blue Light Hub after their Sunday run for health checks & CPR/AED awareness

Cake, compressions & chats were had, with donations to South Central Ambulance Charity & the Firefighters Charity

Thank you to everyone who turned out & keep a steady cadence on the redways

Public Access Defibrillators

The yellow boxes may look a little different, the defibrillator itself may not look the same as one you’ve seen before, but importantly they all do the same job when it matters the most

The may be in a red phone box, on the side of a building, behind a reception desk, in a train station…. There are thousands across the UK and ever increasing numbers locally

We had the honour of being invited by Newport Pagnell Young Farmers, hosting us in North Crawley Village Hall, for an evening of Defibrillator Awareness Training & CPR. It was brilliant to see everyone get hands on & practice life saving skills
