🍂AUTUMN THEMED MUMS SUPPORT GROUP! 🍂

Come and join us for an autumn-themed morning at Bicester Mums Support Network! 🧡

📅 Tuesday 20th October
⏰ 9.30–11am
📍 Emmanuel Church, Barberry Place, Bicester

As some of you know, our wonderful volunteer Nicola is starting up a new sensory-style class soon and she’s going to be bringing along a sneak peek of some of the beautiful textures from her new class, including soft cushion campfire logs and a coiled sensory fabric snake.

Little ones are welcome to dress up in their pumpkin outfits if they fancy it — completely optional!

As always, our group is a relaxed, friendly space for mums and their little ones. Come for a cuppa, have a chat, meet other mums, share experiences and enjoy some time together while the children explore our toys and play area.

💕 Free to attend, and everyone is welcome! Whether you’re a regular or have been thinking about coming along for the first time, we’d love to see you.

🍂💜 BICESTER MUMS SUPPORT NETWORK — TUESDAY MORNING 💜🍂

Motherhood can be wonderful, exhausting, confusing and everything in between! Sometimes it helps to have a cuppa and a chat with other mums who just get it. ☕️

Come and join us for our usual Tuesday morning get-together — a safe, friendly space to chat, ask questions, share experiences, swap tips and make connections with other local mums.

Bring your little ones along to play while you take a breather, have a cuppa and remind yourself that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. 💕

💜 THIS TUESDAY AT BICESTER MUMS SUPPORT NETWORK! 💜

This Tuesday, we’ll be joined by Emma, a Pilates instructor and postnatal specialist, who’ll be popping along to our usual coffee morning! 🧘‍♀️☕

Emma will be there to answer any questions you might have about getting back into exercise after having a baby — whether you’re wondering where to start, how to build things back up, or just fancy a chat with someone who knows a thing or two about moving your body! 😂

There’s absolutely no pressure to workout or to join in with any exercise with Emma — you can come along just for our usual relaxed morning of coffee, cake, baby scales, toys and, most importantly, a chance to sit down and have a proper mum chat.

We’re very excited to have Jade from Jadey’s Sensory & Messy Play joining us at Bicester Mums Support Network for a special Sensory Disco!

Get ready for a fun-filled sensory session with music, lights, colour, sensory play and plenty of opportunities for your little ones to explore and enjoy.

A Message From us 💕
As we head into the cooler, darker months, we just wanted to take a moment to check in with all of our lovely mums.

We know that sometimes, when the weather gets colder and the days feel shorter, it can be tempting to stay tucked up at home. Getting everyone dressed, packing the changing bag, finding shoes, coats and socks, and actually getting out of the door can sometimes feel like a HUGE task!

But we want to gently remind you…

You don’t have to do motherhood alone.

Coming along to a group isn’t just about entertaining the little ones. It’s about you too.

It’s about having a hot drink, having some adult conversation, talking to someone who understands, sharing the highs and the lows, and perhaps most importantly…

Finding your village.

You might arrive feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or like you nearly didn’t make it out of the house but you never know who you might meet, what conversation you might have, or how much better you might feel by simply being around other mums who are in the same boat.

At Bicester Mums Support Network, we want every mum to know that you are welcome, you are valued and we care.

Whether you need a chat, some support, a friendly face, or simply somewhere to go where you don’t have to explain yourself. We’re here.

And if coming to a group feels like too much right now, that’s ok too.

Just message us.

You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to know what you need. Just reach out.

Let’s look after one another through the colder months and make sure no mum feels like she’s doing this alone.
