The deadline for registrations for the 2026 Westfield Health British Transplant Games, taking place in Sheffield from August 6 to 9, closes on Sunday 📅.

We've had a fabulous response from the transplant athlete and donor community so be sure to add your names to the list!

Can you help Miranda?

She is a freelance journalist currently completing her MA at City, University of London.

She is working on a story about the decline in organ donation consent rates, and wants to better understand what it's like to be a family member during conversations about donation at end of life.

She is keen to speak to donor families who would be comfortable discussing their experiences with her. She is particularly interested in cases where families were uncertain about donation before ultimately deciding to go ahead & for their loved ones to give the gift of life.
