Founded in 1911, 1st North Cray Scout Group has a perfect setting, astonishing history and plenty of spaces for Girls and Boys from 4yrs to 18yrs and beyond with Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, & Explorers www.1stnorthcrayscouts.org.uk Situated at Geoffrey Hall, Leafield Lane, Off North Cray Road, Sidcup (DA14 5EB)

A Scout Group founded in 1911, we meet at Geoffrey Hall, named after Geoffrey

Vesey Holt - who was himself an 'Assistant Scoutmaster' during the First World War, and whose father was President of the Sidcup Local Association of Baden Powell Boy Scouts. We are friendly, motivated and determined to ensure that all the Young People reach their potential, rise to new challenges and generally learn more about the world and community around them.

What a turn out!

Firstly thank you to not only our young people who were well behaved and represented 1st North Cray in the best way possible but to you, our parents, for ensuring your young people were in attendance, dressed smartly and behaved incredibly.

We took 46 young people, 36 family members, 12 leaders and 2 RBL associates making the total 96 people in attendance at church.

On top of that we also had 5 members on parade at the cenotaph taking our final number to 101 people on parade today- what an achievement 1st North Cray Scout Group

1st North Cray Scout Group are saddened to hear that the North Cray Brownies are closing at the end of term. We would like to wish all the Leaders a happy retirement after many years of giving to the community. You will all be missed and we are happy to offer should any young person wish, a space within 1st North Cray Scout Group we currently have spaces in Squirrels Beavers Cubs Scouts and Explorers please see our website for more details
