Jubilee+

Equipping UK churches to change the lives of those living in poverty in their communities. Jubilee+ is a team set up by the Newfrontiers churches in the UK.

www.jubilee-plus.org/latest Our aim is to equip churches to engage more effectively with our communities and, particularly, to help them increase their capacity to serve the poor. We are involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives to achieve these goals. We train leaders, provide resources, bring encouragement, establish networks, carry out research, develop relationships with partner organisations and run conferences. Our website (www.jubilee-plus.org) is one of our key resources and we hope you find it helpful. You can also follow us on Twitter (www.twitter.com/jubileeplus). One of our hopes is that we will also be an encouragement to other churches outside our network as we, together, seek to enable the church to be highly effective in its integrated mission to preach Christ and demonstrate his love for our communities.

It was such a joy to launch our Speak Jesus resource at the Good News Conference on Saturday with Steve Hurd and Gavin Calver.

It was great to be in a room full of people passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus. We pray that the conference and the Speak Jesus resource will equip and encourage each person as they go back into their communities this week!

Over the summer Natalie Williams visited St Paul’s Cathedral to see the first English New Testament - she has been reflecting on how amazing it is that we all have access to the bible and the words of Jesus.

We are looking forward to hearing Natalie speak about being ‘Doers of the Word’ at the Tyndale 500 Conference, hosted by King's Community Church, Southampton. Book your spot to spend two days celebrating 500 years of the New Testament in English and exploring the enduring influence of Scripture across history and culture.
