If you are popping along to St Johns at 7pm on Sunday to hear our fabulous recorder consort play, heres a little bit more about ROTHER COMMUNITY CHOIR's Raise Your Voice concert.

Rother Community Choir will be performing everything from the Glitz and Glam of the dicso dance floor to the floor boards of Abbey Road.
We are excited to be joined by two rising stars of musical theatre, our guest soloists Lia Lopez-Gittins and Ashton Storey. You can also look forward to special appearances from our famed Bexhill Divas and our newly formed, Mersey Beachers! We are especially delighted to welcome the Rother Recorder Consort, who are joining us tonight to help bring part of our Beatles story to life. Guiding us through the programme are our trusty compares Sue, Christine, and Joy. We are also thrilled to welcome back our brilliant live band; Jason Smith on drums and Louisa Patient on bass; under the musical direction of Hannah Gardner.

Rother Recorder Consort is proud to be supporting ROTHER COMMUNITY CHOIR with all things Beatles for their upcoming Raise Your Voice Concert. We are playing as part of a fabulous Beatles Story told through the music of the Beatles. We are excited to be performing alongside a live band and a 50 voice choir, with the added bonus of being able to hear the choir perform everything from Queen to Show songs in the first half. Even better we are doing it all in support of Chestnut Tree House and St Michael's Hospice (Hastings and Rother) . If you haven't heard us play, now is your chance. 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟮 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 A date for your diary - We are pleased to say that our ‘Last Night of the Proms’, will end this year's Bexhill Festival of Music, at the De La Warr Pavilion.
Featuring the Bexhill Festival Choir led by Lorraine Barry and The Sussex Concert Orchestra with conductor Kenneth Roberts.
