Living Communities

Living Communities Connecting communities through Nature & Creativity. Inclusive workshops, projects & events led by Artists for all.
Bexhill & Tooting. X

Living Communities CIC has been designed to enable local communities to create, find friendship and be happier and healthier together. We offer three big chunky themes, to make it easier we call them:

Living Wild - reconnecting with nature

Make + Create - creating, researching, crafting, heritage projects

Playing + Doing - exercising, storytelling, making music

We’ve given you a tiny example

of what each theme is about but each one can be pretty endless. We can tailor make a workshop to just how you want it and we'll also be inviting you to come and join us. We're focusing on East Sussex and South London but very happy to travel anywhere within the UK. We're a CIC which makes it easier for us to seek funding so a lot of what we do will be free of charge to individuals and Living Communities has been birthed and is directed by Jamie Burns, Gemma Lloyd and Kes Adaba. We will be looking for other people to facilitate workshops, so do say hello if you're interested in anything or all we do. Maybe see you soon.

Thank you to everyone that shared food, stories and laughter and to everyone that added to our map of what else you'd like to see in Bexhill.

It happens all again tomorrow at 12-3pm.

P.S. sells a lot of art materials. 🙂🙂🙂
