The Living Room CREATIVE SUMMER WEEK.

Wednesday 12th August 10-5pm. - Art All Day, a fun day covering drawing, printmaking and painting. 16+. £48 (£36) inclusive of materials run by Gemma.

Thursday 13th 10am-2pm - Fun with Yarn - Weaving, crochet, Ojos de Dios (God’s Eyes) and Pom Poms. All ages £5 per hour or £15 for 4 hours, Run by Christine

Friday 14th August 10-2pm. Monster, Folklore and Legend Day with Sam, create your own through written and visual imagery. Aimed at anyone under the age of 14. All materials included. £5 per hour or £15 for 4 hours

Friday 14th August 2.30pm-5.30pm. Art on You. Come and create on your terms. We'll discuss what art means to us all then we'll explore with a huge pile of materials and if you have a camera phone please bring it along too. Aimed at 14-18yrs. Cost £15

Saturday 15th & Sunday 16th August - celebrating Bexhill Art Weekender

Run To Chase Your Dreams - 11am-5pm. Creative drop-in workshops around the theme of Run to Chase Your Dreams. Different stations, something for everyone, with a drive to encourage everyone to take part. All ages - Free.

What's on at the magical The Living Room today. 💚

Hello, all sessions on today.

10-11 am. Meet and Create. A different creative activity each week, drink and a chat.

11.30-1.00pm Everything textile related. Come and learn how to crochet or sew or....bring along what you're making at home.

1.30pm-3pm. Creative Journalling, come and express yourself on your terms with creativity.

Don't forget it's fine to rock up, doesn't matter if you haven't picked up a pencil since school and it's never about trying to get it right. We're interested in you having a lovely time and you doing what feels right for you.

This evening, the amazing group of young people at Sidley Youth Hub finished painting the shapes, they look fantastic.

We'll now let them dry out, we'll then varnish them and then they'll be ready to hang on the railings of a green space in Bexhill.

More clues very soon.

Great day today celebrating Big Lunch.

Thank you to everyone that shared food, stories and laughter and to everyone that added to our map of what else you'd like to see in Bexhill.

It happens all again tomorrow at 12-3pm.
