Warming up the Homeless.
Due to a recent surge in vulnerable homeless clients, we are in need of volunteer drivers to help deliver welfare food parcels to rough sleepers and those in unstable emergency accommodation .
Based at our Distribution Centre in Bexhill, you will drive our own vans ( electric and manual ) and full training is given.
We offer flexible volunteering. This means you help when you can so it fits around your lifestyle. . Shifts are usually about 4 hours but sometimes less.
We start at 08.30 hrs.
A clean driving licence is essential I must add a d a DBS will be required . The charity covers the cost 🙂
We also need drivers mates so if you fancy that, let us know!
We are a friendly bunch who make a real difference to the homeless community . Come and join us!
