💜 Bexhill Stroke Support Group: June Schedule 💜

​New members are always welcome! Whether you are a stroke survivor, a caregiver, or a family member, please come along to our upcoming sessions this June.

​We meet at the Pebsham Community Hub (70 Seabourne Rd, Bexhill, TN4 2SW).

Here is what we have lined up for June 2026:

​Friday 5th June (11:00am – 12:30pm) | Sing out for Stroke
🎶 Join us for a fun session of singing therapy.
​Friday 12th June (11:00am – 12:00pm) | Exercise
🏃‍♂️ Gentle exercises with our tutor to keep moving safely.
​Friday 19th June (11:00am – 12:30pm) | Arts & Crafts
🎨 Get creative! All mediums and materials are provided.
​Friday 26th June (11:00am – 12:30pm) | Support for You
🐶 Featuring vital diabetes information and a visit from Medical Detection Dogs.

​Note: Donations are kindly requested to help cover our basic costs.
