Lovely quiet evening on the patch at EGHJ. Lots of full-size visitors and a few over night 'sleeps'! As the wind dropped, these lovely models took to the sky. John Warder's D-VII and Neil Watt's traditional Junior 60. Congratulations to Simon King for his first WOT4 loop!! Onwards and upwards Simon!

We're quite sophisticated at Hornets: here's club member Rob running a NATS, airspace pe*******on test at the Rew Valley research facility! Rob was able to detect and disable a number of remotely piloted interlopers that were intent on causing mayhem - MJ. Having cleared the airspace a fantastic evening was had by all attending, this being our last indoor session until the autumn. Some spectacular, consecutive loops were also performed, thank you RP! Caption competition?
