We had a scale competition at the weekend. A big thank you to Maury for the brilliant organisation - and what a rabble you managed to organise, thank you! Pearl Trophy Winner was Alan Heber with his fabulous Turbulent, John Warder won the Sport Scale Trophy with his P51. Congratulations to both and well done to other competitors for a great turn-out. On a rather sad note, we have to report the demise of Iian's fabulous Fokker DR1 :( All helped pick up the balsa and Iian has vowed to rebuild - thanks Mark for the offer of balsa!!

Many thanks to Andy T for these great photo's of our model flying yesterday 13/05/25: photos from the morning & afternoon (gliding in the morning, powered flying afternoon session) at Hornets Model Flying Club down on the Isle of Wight. I took a Riot which I haven’t flown for a long time. Lots of fun was had. Thanks to hornets for their hospitality.
