Your Safety, Your Say
We want Derbyshire communities to help shape the future of their fire and rescue service. Our Community Risk Management Plan 2027–2032 sets out the risks we face and our priorities for keeping people safe over the next five years. Through our 10-week consultation, we’re inviting residents, businesses, community groups and partners to read the plan, share their views and tell us what matters most to them. BELPER WI SOCIAL TUESDAY 29th SEPTEMBER 7pm

CHAIR YOGA with Sue
This will be a session suitable for everyone, to help to relax and soothe the body and mind. It is all done while seated on a chair and can be adapted for any mobility issues.
I will be introducing a relaxing breathing technique to start with, and then working through the joints of the body with gentle movements to ease out any tension whilst softly stretching muscles. We will end with a meditation and more relaxation.
I have been practicing yoga for 29 years, and have been teaching for 8 years, including teaching Chair Yoga for all of that time.

We all dressed in shades of purple and on Saturday we celebrated 111 years of WI on a boat trip in Derby from near The museum of making -which is free and has a great cafe
