The scouts were invited to attend the Remembrance Day Service at the Glasgow Office of the UK Cabinet Office. Scouts took an active part in the service through the Flag party, readings and laying a wreath on behalf of the Scout Association.

All of the scouts and leaders were presented with a Certificate of Participation.

While we are not attending this service on Sunday as a group, the Central Parish Church have invited any of our members who wish to attend this after the parade to come along.

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY AT BELLSHILL: CENTRAL PARISH CHURCH - there will be a retiring offering in aid of Poppy Scotland. You can also buy your Poppies when you come to church. We look forward to gathering together as the community of Bellshill

Last week, Ted the Therapy Dog came along to visit the Squirrels! They had a great time hugging him and giving him treats, taking him for a walk round the hall and posing getting their picture taken with him. Thanks Ted (and thank you Russell for bringing him to visit).
