😊 We all know the Creative Local Action, Responses & Engagement - CLARE model makes sense; invest early, help older people remain healthy at home, keep people out of hospital.

Investing in early intervention works and saves the health service money, what's not to like? We're really looking forward to working alongside the new Neighbourhood Reset Model to strengthen and expand these outcomes😁

We had a fab time at LIV Student Belfast last week making Easter bonnets and enjoying time with the students.

LIV always spoils us rotten! With plenty of poems and laughs shared, it definitely brightened up our days - thank you so much LIV!

Creative Local Action, Responses & Engagement - CLARE is a community led organisation working with older people 65+ across North Belfast. We use a combination of health initiatives and social work to enable people to remain as independent and healthy as possible, while reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness.

Check out this short video that was made showcasing the excellent work CLARE carries out. We're regularly used as a model of good practice, we have a positive impact on peoples' lives and people want to shout about it 👏
