Our recent Slow Cooker Workshop with our Upper Springfield partner was a fantastic success! 🍲

Clients learned how to make easy, healthy meals using a slow cooker, explored new recipes, and even took a slow cooker home with them to continue cooking with confidence.

A great day of learning new skills, building confidence, and enjoying delicious food together. 👏

Keep an eye on our page for details of the next Slow Cooker Workshop — you won’t want to miss it!

Read Billy’s Story: Turning Challenges Into Achievement

I came from a disadvantaged background and I found school really challenging and didn’t have the opportunity to train and get certificates.

I didn’t realise I had ADHD until I was in my 30s. Now at this age, I really wanted to progress in my life. I’ve always been sporty and had a passion for the gym. I wanted to go into the fitness industry.

I heard people talk about EBM and heard they could help me with my confidence and getting a qualification, with the possibility of getting back into work. I reached out and spoke to someone there. I did a short course and then started my Personal Training Certificate.

I have just completed my training. It was challenging at times but I am really proud of myself.

This is the biggest achievement of my life and now I can achieve my dream of becoming a successful PT in the fitness industry.
