📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PARENTS/CARERS: ANNUAL REGISTRATION
Please make sure your child’s Ledley Hall registration is fully completed.
✅ Registration must be completed every year, even if your child has attended Ledley Hall for several years.

If your registration form is missing information or is incomplete, you will receive an email from Juice.
Please do not ignore this email. It is from Ledley Hall and means we need you to complete or clarify information on your child’s registration.
📝 PLEASE COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS
We need:
• Parent/carer’s full name
• Contact telephone number
• Email address
• Full details and explanations of any medical conditions
If your child has a medical condition or additional needs, we may arrange a meeting with you to make sure we have the information needed to support your child safely.
✅ VERY IMPORTANT: SELECT ALL PROGRAMMES YOUR CHILD WILL ATTEND!
Our new system will only show your child on the sign-in list for the programmes selected on their registration.
For example, if your child attends:
• Junior Generic Youth Club
• Breakfast Club
• After School Learning Club
YOU MUST SELECT ALL THREE PROGRAMMES!
If you do not select a programme, your child will not appear on that programme’s sign-in list.
⚠️ PLEASE COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION NOW!
Our full registration and sign-in system will be operational within the next week.
Once it is operational, children with incomplete registrations will not be allowed to attend until their registration is complete.
This is essential for safety, not just administration. Accurate information about every child attending Ledley Hall helps us keep children and young people safe.
