We have been informed by the developers agent that the developer has withdrawn this planning application.

Big congratulations to Demi-Leigh for passing her accredited Diploma in Luxury Facials tonight. We have lost count of all the qualifications she has...a very talented young woman.

On Thursday morning our wonderful group of women celebrated completing their 6 week ICT class! 🥳💻

Big thank you to Belfast Met and the brilliant tutors for all their hard work and well done to everyone who completed the class and got their certificate !!

We are closed tomorrow for the Monday bank holiday.
Its Womens Health month as well as Walking month.
To celebrate, we had a cracking day on Saturday in Fermanagh with a brilliant group of women from inner South Belfast, tackling the Stairway to Heaven.
Graded as a difficult walk it was literally uphill all the way 🙈
Congratulations to everyone who came along, perservered and met their own personal challenges 🫶👏💪
What a brilliant group.
Big thanks to Danielle, Rory and Heather for organising it all. 😊

Last night our group of women completed their 1st of 4 pilates class 🧘‍♀️

Some new stretches learnt and some achey muscles this morning but a good evening had by all 💪

Our Dietician Workshop is well under way tonight, learning about all things food and health. Thanks to Specialist Dietician Grainne from the Active Belfast Team for facilitating and the Public Health Agency for funding the programme. 🤩
