Charity Slam NI is proud to be returning to a local theatre near you when it invades the borough of Antrim and Newtownabbey who will play host to the Charity Slam 2026 when it lands at the Theatre at the Mill, on Sunday September 27th.
The director of Charity Slam commented on this partnership with the borough stating "Last year we were fortunate to be able to partner with the council at last minute notice when they supported the charity slam 2025, hosting it at the theatre at the mills sister venue, the courtyard theatre."
"The borough is renowned for world class culture, arts and entertainment events and it was somewhere that fits the mantra of The Charity Slam, delivering world class entertainment that is accessible to the local community.
This year we wanted to build on last year's sell out success and alongside our production partners at Northern Ireland professional wrestling and Fight Media Group to challenge ourselves to host at a larger venue and hopefully in turn reach our key goal of generating as much money for the Northern Ireland Hospice (Our charity partner) as possible."
The Charity Slam 2026 has returned with a bang! Alongside the barbarians amateur wrestling school who will be hosting the return of the renowned BIG BARBARIAN BATTLE ROYALE. Will The Viking Halfdan be able to retain his title as the ultimate barbarian of professional wrestling? Or will his reign come to an end?
There are plenty of big surprises to share over the coming weeks, but today we are focusing on our first big announcement which is that the Charity Slam 2026 will see the crowning of the first ever Cornerstone Wrestling champion!🏆
This coveted belt represents the best of professional and amateur wrestling, the one that embodies what it means to be a champion of the Community.
Over the coming weeks we will be sharing much, much more details around the participants, sponsorships and matches taking place, but for now prepare to witness the game changing charity wrestling spectacle when..... tickets go on sale next week!!!!
