Tenancy Deposit Scheme Northern Ireland is based in Belfast and has been authorised by the Department of Social Development to operate both a custodial and insurance based Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme. We are non-profit organisation, owned by The Dispute Service Ltd who run the Tenancy Deposit Scheme in England and Wales, and also provide key services for a tenancy scheme in Scotland called S

afeDeposits Scotland. The Tenancy Deposit Scheme protects private tenancies as the law requires, and if there is a dispute at the end of the tenancy, we offer a free and impartial dispute resolution mechanism.
