Festive Feast Christmas Party with food provided by Sheena from Truffleupagus.
On the menu tonight we had:
Brown lentil Shepherdess Pie with fluffy mash
Sweet potato, pesto, and beetroot stacks with cashew creme.
Kasha and kale salad with citrus dressing.
Winter slaw with cranberry and walnuts
followed by Award Winning Chocolate Orange Pots.
It was a lovely evening with lovely food and great craic.
