This theme focuses on amplifying the voices of those with lived experience of mental health challenges and recognising their role in shaping services, policies, and awareness.💚

Martine Cahill is leaving Springfield Court after 17 years of successful service!

Martine has been a wonderful asset to the team and remained committed to supporting residents through a number of organisational changes over the years.

In her role as a Support Worker and then as a Team Leader she led by example and encouraged new and existing staff to work in a person-centred way, promoting the core values of Threshold.

Happy World Heart Day 2026! 💚

This year's theme, "Do Not Miss a Beat", encourages everyone to take proactive steps to prevent cardiovascular disease (CVD) and improve heart health.

Did you know that 1 in 3 people die from CVD worldwide?

The World Heart Federation recommends simple actions such as walking more whenever possible and raising awareness by sharing stories and talking about cardiovascular disease, as symptoms can often go unnoticed.

Small steps can make a big difference. 👏

As we draw near the end of the gardening season in Omagh, our gardeners enjoyed their annual trip around the Ulster American Folk Park. 🌿
