We’ve officially kicked off E2T Cohort 4 in Blessed Trinity College 🎉

Starting off we got to know the group and look a bit more into what Empower2Transform is and our programme pillars, as well as setting up a group contract to start us off!!

Can’t wait to see what this group achieves over the next 9 months 😁

Watch this space to follow along with their journey!!

Belfast YMCA is really a place to grow 🌱 for the little ones, and for us big ones too!

So many of our team have moved into new posts and leadership roles as our team has grown, and the folks gathered here are just some of them. We're so proud that the YMCA is a place where children, young people, volunteers and staff can all grow, learn and progress throughout a lifetime.

This week we got to celebrate the incredible contribution of ALYSON, who marked 2️⃣5️⃣ YEARS here just yesterday! It's impossible to imagine this place without her. It's amazing to be part of a team where you know you can carve out a whole career, making a difference across the decades.

➡️ On the other end, SAM is only getting started. Sam came to us through a Jobstart programme this year and has had a huge impact from day one. Now he's been hired as a vital part of our staff team, and we're so happy to have him on board for the next chapter of the YMCA.

Thank you to everyone for letting us scunder you with a photo in the middle of your busy day - and thank you for everything you make possible.
