Make sure you know this! 👇

Most third sector organisations have a strategic plan these days, but the evidence suggests that in most cases the plans are of little use in guiding the development of the organisation, or helping to make difficult decisions. This can jeopardise the growth and sustainability of your organisation.

Learn how to use your STRATEGY PLAN as a baseline to guide your decisions without feeling it's overwhelming or confusing. Join the Strategy Plan workshop which will ensure that your strategic and operational planning processes enable your organisation to achieve its potential. It will be led by Roger Courtney one of the UK’s leading writer’s on strategy in the third sector.

You will be encouraged to bring existing or previous strategic plans to get personalised feedback.

As a Regional Charity Leader you are likely to face specific and unique challenges such as:

☑️Finding the right balance between addressing the specific needs and priorities of your region and aligning your efforts with the broader goals.

☑️Ensuring that your region receives adequate resources, including funding, staff, and support, can be challenging when competing with other regions and programs within the organisation.

☑️Facilitating effective communication and collaboration between your regional team and the national headquarters

☑️Adapting national policies and initiatives to suit the unique characteristics and challenges of your region

☑️Building and maintaining relationships with local donors and supporters while also contributing to national fundraising efforts

☑️Navigating regional and national regulations

☑️Keeping your regional team motivated and engaged, particularly when they may feel disconnected from the decision-making processes.

Regional Charity Leaders Forum aims to facilitate a safe space for open discussions among peers specifically for regional charities.
This platform will provide an avenue for us to come together, share our experiences, discuss upcoming events, address common issues, and collaboratively explore effective solutions.

Is your CRM System really effective?

Lacking a good CRM can cause several problems to your organisation, such as:

❌ Inefficient Data Management: This can lead to data duplication, inconsistency, and errors, making it difficult to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

❌ Limited Customer Insights: This hinders your ability to tailor products, services, and marketing efforts effectively.

❌ Ineffective Communication: This can result in missed opportunities, duplicate outreach, and poor coordination between team members.

❌ Poor Customer Service: This can lead to delayed responses, unresolved issues, and dissatisfied customers.

❌ Risk of Data Loss, due to human error, hardware failures, or security breaches. This can have serious consequences for an organisation's reputation and operations.

❌ Compliance Issues that may face legal and regulatory consequences.
And ultimately a waste of time and money.

If you are lacking a CRM solution or have concerns about the one you have currently in place, this webinar is for you.

Proaptivity ‘The CRM Specialist’ will be explaining what you should consider when acquiring a new CRM solution, how to get full advantage of a CRM system and how Proaptivity CRM can help your organisation increase productivity and improve performance.
