🟠 Supporting the Grand Master's Charity

Members of Moyrourkan True Blues Flute Band called into the Museum of Orange Heritage to present a cheque for Β£640 in support of this year's Grand Master's Charity, Dementia NI.

We are incredibly grateful for this generous contribution and for the continued efforts of individuals, Lodges and bands across the Institution who have been working hard to raise funds for this wonderful cause.

Every donation makes a difference, and we thank everyone who has supported Dementia NI so far this year.

Everything you need to know!

Monday, 13th July 2026

The County Armagh Twelfth Demonstration is now firmly established as the largest Orange gathering in the world on the day and encompasses the full range of the Orange family. 11 District Lodges will be on parade, with a total of 150 Private Lodges and over 5,000 Brethren; in addition, Lodges from the Association of Loyal Orangewomen of Ireland will take part, along with a number of Junior Boys and Junior Girls Lodges. The Co Armagh Demonstration can attract upwards of 20,000 spectators.

Around 70 bands will accompany the Lodges and some of the finest Pipe, Accordion, Silver and Flute Bands in the country will be on parade. This year, there will be a new band on parade with Moyrourkan True Blues LOL 305a, leading their Junior Lodge.
There are always approximately 4 Scottish bands on parade at the Co Armagh demonstration and as the β€œCounty of the Diamond” is well-known for the Lambeg Drum, dozens will be accompanying the Lodges, especially if the weather is favourable.

The countdown is officially on – in just one month's time, people across Northern Ireland will come together to mark the Twelfth of July.

With parades, music, fellowship and celebration, the Twelfth is one of the most significant dates in the Orange calendar.

This year, with the 12th falling on a Sunday, demonstrations will take place on Monday 13th July.

Whether you're taking part, supporting behind the scenes or planning to attend your local demonstration, we hope you'll join us as we celebrate our shared values of Faith, Heritage, Charity and Family.
