As the leading first aid charity, St John Ambulance relies on the work of dedicated volunteers to provide first aid treatment and training throughout the country. With more than 45,000 volunteers throughout the United Kingdom, over half of which are under 25, St John Ambulance is able to treat 550 casualties per day, or 200,000 per year. In addition to providing first aid services, St John Ambulan

ce volunteers are also involved in transporting patients to appointments, providing respite care to the elderly and working with youth on personal development. Our volunteers are people who dedicate one hour or one lifetime to providing first aid to those who need it. You might have seen them at Broadway and the new Pop Up Park having fun while keeping people safe.
