Congratulations to our two Belfast City Marathon Relay teams who did us all proud on Sunday. 🎉

Their commitment and dedication ensured an enjoyable day all round with fantastic support from our charity partner, NI Children's Hospice at the race as well as members of the public.

Just over £1,500 has been raised through the marathon fundraising efforts.
Thank you to everyone who sent well wishes, supported our teams on the day and donated.

We were delighted to attend the launch of the second Ending Violence Against Women and Girls Delivery Plan 2026-28.

It was attended by those with lived experience as well as key stakeholders from across Government, partner organisations and wider society.

At the event the First Minister and deputy First Minister said they remain committed to addressing this issue. The Agency plays a key role in delivering the strategy by chairing the 'EVAWG Cross Sectoral Workplace Forum' which is made up of senior representatives from key stakeholders in NI.

The First Minister and deputy First Minister reaffirmed the Executive’s commitment to Ending Violence Against Women and Girls as they launched the second EVAWG Delivery Plan.

Addressing the event, they described the new plan as an important next step towards ending the scourge of violence and abuse faced by women and girls across our society.
