Big Belfast Choir is about singing! We are a group of people who like to embrace life, let our hair down & sing!

We have a choir option to suit everyone and even have a music school with lessons in violin, ukulele and music theory.

The Big Belfast Blokes Choir is exactly what it says on the tin - a bunch of blokes getting together, singing some great songs and having plenty of craic while they’re at it.

You don’t need experience, you don’t need to read music and you definitely don’t need to think of yourself as a “choir person”.

Just turn up, give it a go and see what happens. You might surprise yourself.

Plot twist: joining a choir isn’t really just about the singing.

Yes, there’s plenty of that… but there are also nights out, trips around Belfast, gigs in brilliant places, new friendships and an awful lot of laughs along the way.

Basically, you sign up to sing a few songs on a Wednesday night and somehow end up with a whole new social life.

So if your week could do with a little more fun (and a few new faces), come and join us this Wednesday night.

No need to know anyone. No need to be the world’s greatest singer. Just turn up and get stuck in.

Is anyone else feeling nostalgic this week or is it just us? 🥹

We couldn’t resist another little trip down memory lane… this time back to The National Concert Hall in Dublin last year.

What a night, what a venue and what a feeling singing together on that stage!

Choir has given us some pretty brilliant memories over the years - and there are plenty more still to be made.

It’s Wednesday… you know what that means!🙌

It’s CHOIR NIGHT, and if you’ve been sitting on the fence wondering whether to join us, tonight is the perfect night to just go for it. 👀

No need to wait for a new month, a new term or some magical burst of confidence. Come along, meet everyone, have a sing, have a laugh and see what you think!

You don’t need to be an incredible singer and you don’t need to know anyone - just bring yourself.

Sunday night… aka the part of the weekend where Monday starts creeping into your thoughts. 😅

So, how about giving yourself something to actually look forward to during the week?

Joining a choir isn’t just about singing. It’s about getting out of the house, switching off from everyday life, having a laugh and meeting people you might never have crossed paths with otherwise.

You don’t have to be an amazing singer. You don’t have to know anyone. And you’re absolutely not too young, too old or “not a choir person”.

Whether it’s Big Belfast Choir or Big Belfast Blokes Choir, come along, give it a go and meet a whole new bunch of people.

Thursday morning and we’re still riding the Wednesday night choir high! 🎶🙌

Another rehearsal done, another evening of big tunes, big laughs and questionable dance moves thrown in for good measure. 😂

There really is something about getting a room full of people together for a good sing that makes the rest of the week feel a little bit better.

Belter sound. Belter craic. Belter people. 💛

It may only be Monday… but we’re throwing it back to this time last year, when we were singing our hearts out at the National Concert Hall in Dublin!

Not a bad way to spend an evening, eh? 👀
