Our TAP2 group have been busy in the kitchen, working together to bake something delicious. From measuring and mixing to following instructions and sharing the jobs, baking is a great way to build practical life skills, confidence and independence.

Our Belfast Day Opportunities participants have been brushing up on their Spanish, with lessons all about family – or la familia! ❤️

From learning new words and phrases to practising them together, it was a fun and interactive way to build communication skills, confidence and, of course, learn something new.

We’re delighted to share the findings of an independent evaluation of Orchardville’s Volunteer Inclusion Project (VIP) — and the results speak for themselves!

🌟 434 people supported to access volunteering opportunities

🤝 84 organisations involved

💪 99% of participants surveyed reported increased confidence

❤️ 94% reported feeling more connected to their community

Behind these figures are real people building skills, making friendships, gaining independence and making a difference in their communities.
