If you're thinking about your next steps after school, don't miss the What's Next? event, organised by Belfast City Council Communities NI and Young Social Innovators

💜 Meet Bella!

Bella has been taking part in our TAPSS programme, receiving one-to-one support over the summer to help her prepare for the transition from primary to secondary school.

Through her sessions with Sarah, Bella has been working towards her own transition-focused goals, adapting to new routines and building her confidence for this exciting next step.

💬 Bella said:
“The TAPSS programme has helped me prepare to move to secondary school and adapt my routines. I have enjoyed my one-to-one sessions with Sarah. She has been working with me to achieve my personal transition-focused goals.”

And Bella’s mum told us:
“I honestly don't think Bella would have done without the TAPSS programme. The transition from P7 was a huge worry, but the support and encouragement from Sarah and everyone have really helped build her confidence. She's much more positive about school now.” 😊

We’re so proud of Bella and wish her every success as she begins her secondary school journey! 🌟
