At Action Ability Belfast "Our aim is to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities into the community and to support the development of their natural abilities." Since 1998, Action Ability Belfast has been to th

The project has been actively campaigning for the inclusion of people with disabilities and ensuring that they receive the support they need within ordinary structures of education, health, employment, and social services. Over the past number of years our services have grown from strength to strength, and we continually strive in excellence to ensure that the services we provide are of the highest quality, responsive and represent the best interests of people with disabilities. Through socially inclusive needs-led community-based programmes, we empower and support local people with disabilities through offering an extensive range of services, on a one to one or group basis, such as:
• Advocacy Service
• Befriending service
• Carers Information and Support
• Floating Support
• Social Support Projects
• Summer Activity Programme
