Niacro is proud to share that we’ve kept our Gold Award status from Investors in People!

Our assessor highlighted how our staff’s deep connection to our mission - reducing crime and changing lives -fuels every service we deliver. In a sector under pressure, our team’s resilience and collaboration have been key to achieving this result.

By embedding a values-driven culture and investing in our people, we ensure every client benefits from skilled, motivated colleagues working towards safer, stronger communities.

Thank you, Niacro family! Let’s keep making an impact together.
