Not everyone has it all figured out in school and that’s okay.

Lisa Taylor, Health & Safety Manager at Civco, shares how her journey into her role wasn’t a straight line. Seeing how central that role is on every project, Lisa decided to position herself right at the heart of it.

Now, she reflects on just how rewarding the role is, knowing the impact it has not only on projects, but on the people behind them.

Now: Drone surveys capturing accurate data from above in minutes

The result?
✔️ Improved safety
✔️ Faster data collection
✔️ Better planning decisions

Construction is evolving, and so are the careers within it.
