Carer Awareness in the Workplace 💜

It was a pleasure to deliver a lunchtime talk to staff at a local employer about carer awareness and support in the workplace.

We had a great opportunity to talk about what it means to be a carer, the challenges that working carers can face and the importance of creating a supportive and understanding workplace where carers feel able to talk openly about their caring responsibilities.

A big thank you to everyone who took the time to join us and for the warm welcome and engaging discussion.

Supporting working carers can make a real difference — both to employees and to employers.

You’ll be guided through gentle, easy-to-follow self-massage techniques for your hands, arms, face and head, along with simple acupressure techniques to help ease everyday tension and promote relaxation.
