📢 WE'RE HIRING - PART-TIME COMPASSION PROJECT COORDINATOR 📢

Since 2019, ROC Compassion Projects have been at the heart of ROC’s work in Northern Ireland. What started off as one School Uniform Project in West Belfast, has become a growing network of community based compassion projects providing practical support in local communities across Greater Belfast.

ROC Northern Ireland are looking for a fixed term, part-time Compassion Project Coordinator to support and expand ROC’s Compassion Projects in Northern Ireland. The role involves working alongside current delivery partner organisations to deliver School Uniform and Winter Coat Projects in the Greater Belfast area, as well as develop projects in new areas and with new partners. The successful candidate will manage our network of projects, working along Project Coordinators on logistics, volunteer coordination and impact reporting.

🎲 DI&CE WORKSHOP 🎲

On Saturday, we had a great morning in Glengormley with staff, volunteers, community workers and youth leaders from a wide range of community groups, churches and youth organisations learning how we can be more inclusive to those with learning disabilities, autism and neurodivergent conditions.

Grateful to the staff and participants from Orchardville and Orchardville Works for delivering the workshops, sharing their knowledge and experiences as well as encouraging us to make simple changes so that all can benefit from our activities and programmes.

Don't take our word for how great it was - here's some feedback from our participants on Saturday...
