I fully intend on clocking completely off whilst I’m away so please bare this in mind if you don’t get a response. I’m fully booked until 22nd June (see availability post) and when I get back, orders will be looked through on a first come, first served basis.

If you don’t have any questions/are a regular customer, you can fill out the order form (Bakesy link in bio) and I might have time to process the odd one whilst I’m away but that will be the height of it, messages will only be opened on return.

Our own wedding cake 🥰

After almost 15 years Thomas and I decided to get married 🤍 choosing the cake was hard so I made 2, this was one of them 😅

One of our members wanted me to share this 😀

Hi, could I highly recommend The Bawn Pantry. They do really lovely gf sweet treats which are all home made as well as proper meals. It's in Hamiltonsbawn which isn't far from Markethill, Armagh or Portadown.

Hiya fellow celiacs 👋 I’m Caroline. This year I’ve built something I really wish had existed when I was first diagnosed — a 50-day roadmap for navigating celiac life. Not just the food stuff. The emotional stuff, the social stuff, the moments where you feel completely alone in it. Before it goes out into the world I’d love a small group of celiacs to road-test it for free and tell me honestly what they think. Keen? Fill in a quick expression of interest below 👇

First — thank you. Genuinely. The fact that you’re willing to give your time and your honest experience means more than I can say. This is a short form, eight questions, under three minutes. I’m looking for people to be part of the first Companion Crew — a small group who’ll go through You...

Has anyone been to Kildare Shopping Village recently? Wondering what it is like for Coeliacs to eat there.

Hello, could you post this to your page please?

I'm wondering if anyone has experience eating at Umi Falafel Belfast and if they could cater for coeliacs?

Thank you,
Caroline

I can highly recommend these authentic Chinese sauces. Small business based in Bangor. I found them at the Love Your Food Exhibition. I have just ordered more from their website and they arrived very quickly. The Finest Cut Butchers in Comber and Tesco Express, Comber Square are stockists. This is the 1st proper curry I have had since going gluten free a few years ago. https://www.facebook.com/ckwaimai
