Small Changes, Real Impact!

Before your next health appointment, write down one question you would like answered.
It could be:
• Is this symptom normal?
• What are my options?
• Should I come back if this continues?

Small actions can help you to feel more informed and more confident during healthcare visits.

Small changes. Real impact.

Myth vs Reality

MYTH
"If I'm feeling unwell, it's probably just stress."

REALITY
Stress can affect physical and mental well-being, but it should not automatically explain ongoing symptoms.
Persistent pain, unusual fatigue, changes in sleep patterns, digestive issues or low mood deserve attention and discussion with a healthcare professional.
Listening to your body is not overreacting.
