Belfast City Council staff visited Roseville House today to share practical advice on recycling, waste management, and reducing food waste through their cookery book resources.

The session was beneficial for families living in temporary accommodation, providing useful tips to help them make the most of their food and household resources while reducing waste.

With the sun shining, we were able to take the conversation outdoors, creating a relaxed setting for residents to ask questions and learn more about the support available.

We're delighted to congratulate our Ark staff member Lucy on successfully completing her studies in Housing Practice through the Housing Apprentice Programme.

As part of the Housing Apprentice programme, Lucy has achieved Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice and OCN Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice

We are incredibly proud of Lucy's hard work, dedication, and commitment to learning. It's fantastic to see her continuing to grow as a housing professional and making such a valuable contribution to the sector.

What a fantastic day at our recent Community Pop-Up and Scheme Walkabout at Catherine Court!

Thank you to everyone who came along to meet our team, share ideas, and enjoy some great community activities, including the chippy van, ice cream van, and a special visit from Kidz Farm.

Please note that Ark Housing offices will be closed on Monday 13 July and Tuesday 14 July. Our offices will be open again on Wednesday 15th July.

While our offices are closed, tenants can still log non-urgent repairs and track rent payments via the Ark Tenant Portal: www.arkhousing.co.uk/dashboard
