Irish Methodist Youth & Children's Team Helping Young People and Children take their place in God's Mission

We are passionate about seeing a generation rising up and taking ownership of their faith and their God given potential to impact the world for Jesus in their everyday, in and through the intergenerational family called the Church. It involves representing and advocating for young adults, youth and children's issues within the whole life of the Church and beyond. It means training and supporting m

inisters, youth and childrenโ€™s workers and volunteer leaders and supporting families as they pass on faith to the next generation. It involves giving children, young people and young adults the opportunity to encounter God, for some for the first time, and develop their gifts and skills by participating youth and childrenโ€™s events and programmes throughout Ireland.

If you would like to join the team for Soul Mates House Party - helping with small groups, prayer stations, games, food, activities, movie making, tech, or however you'd like to use your gifts - please get your application in, or contact us for more information.

Garda vetting and safeguarding training through the Methodist Church in Ireland is essential for all volunteers. Please note that Garda Vetting can take a month to be processed, so please get your application in ASAP.

ROC are hosting FREE workshops in collaboration with learning disability charity, Orchardville.

The DI&CE (Disability Inclusion & Community Engagement) Project brings together staff and volunteers for a one-off training workshop with the aim to introduce and equip churches, community groups and faith-based organisations in how to be more inclusive of adults and young people with learning disabilities, autism and neurodivergent conditions.
