Community Relations Council The Community Relations Council was established in 1990 to lead and support change towards reconciliation, tolerance and mutual trust.

We're a catalyst for good inter-community and inter-cultural community relations work in Northern Ireland.

This year’s theme, ‘Include’, celebrates the people, organisations and communities helping to create a society where everyone feels welcomed, valued and connected.

Taking place from 📅 12–18 October 2026, Good Relations Week will celebrate the people, projects and partnerships helping to create communities where everyone feels welcomed, valued and connected.
This year’s theme, INCLUDE, highlights the importance of ensuring every voice is heard and everyone feels they belong.
Community groups, schools, councils, charities, businesses, sports clubs and organisations are all encouraged to get involved and be part of the week.
