This week we had the pleasure of the company of the crew from MV Maina in Belfast. Many had the chance to visit our Flying Angel centre and spent time relaxing and enjoying our facilities. There were a few talented crew playing our guitars 🎸 and singing 🎶 . It turns out they didn’t have any musical instruments on ship so before departing our chaplain had the pleaseure of delivering a guitar to the crew on board.

Also we found out 2 of the crew had young children at home so were able to gift 2 knitted teddys very kindly made and donated by some of our very generous supporters.

To the crew SALAMAT🙏 and we hope to see you again.

We recently had the pleasure of hosting Daniel, one of our chaplains based in the Port of Rotterdam 🚢 It was great having the opportunity to show Daniel the Port of Belfast and our Flying Angel centre here in Belfast. We shared thoughts and ideas 💡 and we look forward to see our Mission grow in Rotterdam (the largest port in Europe by the way!) and wish Daniel and the team there every success.
PS we had to treat Daniel to an Ulster fry while here at The Olive Branch Cafe 🙏
