Another service user has made the most of the Personalisation Grant from adding their own personal touch to their flat and creating a space that truly reflects their personality, style and individuality.

It’s the little touches that make all the difference in turning a house into a home — creating a space where you can feel comfortable, settled and proud of your surroundings.

We’re delighted to see another young person making their space their own!

Shelter NI Satellite Sleep Out 2026

On 12 December 2026, we'll be joining the Shelter NI Satellite Sleep Out, with some of our team spending the night at the Strabane Pagoda from 5pm to 5am.

But here's the thing...

You don't need to be at the Pagoda to be part of it.

You can sleep out in your garden, on your church grounds, at your sports club, at your workplace, or with friends and family in your local community.

Because homelessness doesn't only affect people in big cities. It affects people in communities just like ours.

For one night, we'll all be connected. Different locations. Same purpose.

This year's Homelessness Awareness Week 2026 theme is Health, Home, Hope because having a safe home isn't a luxury; it's the foundation for good health, stability, and a hopeful future.

We’re absolutely delighted to reveal the amazing transformation of our SLATE Gardens!

A massive thank you to The National Lottery Community Fund – Awards for All for funding this project and helping us turn our vision into reality. Your support has made such a difference!

And a huge THANK YOU to our amazing handyman from our GABLE Project for all his hard work, dedication and creativity in bringing the gardens back to life. 👏

It’s fantastic to see the space transformed into somewhere our service users can enjoy, connect and spend time together.

We couldn’t have done it without everyone involved — thank you!
