Discussed to learn of the attack this morning at 6:40am on the Pride of Ardoyne FB Memorial Wall.
A Poppy wreath was set on fire at the Memorial and there a clear arson attempt to destroy it all.
We have asked our MLA to convene a meeting with Senior PSNI to discuss the incident in the coming days.

Getting reports this morning of a number of houses and cars got eggs thrown at them at 11:30 last night.
This isn’t a joke and causes distress with those families affected.

Surely parents will know if their child was out at that time of night.

We have been informed the Park will be closed for repairs. No date has been given for reopening.

Streatbeat have finally got the keys to the Youth Centre and are planning to open it in September.

I assume they will do a leaflet drop of the Upper Ardoyne area soon.
