It is Volunteers' Week and we still have some amazing women to feature who volunteer for us and that we simply could not do without. We will be finishing this round of highlighting how wonderful our volunteers are across our social media platforms tomorrow. In the meantime - meet Kelly Loughran one of our inspirational volunteers who covers Banbridge and most often with another volunteer who we featured yesterday Jill McKelvey. The prefer to work together, helping each other to support women in their local area around all stages of menopause wherever they can. It is day five of Volunteers' Week and we are continuing to celebrate our wonderful volunteers who we simply could not do without in terms of reaching out to women that need education and support about all the stages of menopause. Jill is a fitness professional and an advocate for women’s health who often partners with another amazing volunteer Kelly Loughran in the Banbridge area where they facilitate events with a range of health professionals to support the local community. In the meantime - please meet Dawn Adams another one of our brilliant ladies who volunteers for us. Dawn has a specialist interest in both the menopause and diabetes and is such a champion for support networks for women with long term health conditions having formed her own global network. Menopause - What All Women Need to Know

Join Charlie Beattie, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Roisin Hillman, co-founder of charity Menopause Together, for an engaging in-person event where they will dive into the realities of menopause and share essential info every woman should know.

Dr. Beattie has a special interest in menopause care and this event is the perfect chance to learn, ask questions, and connect with others while supporting a great cause.

There will also be a chance to win some fantastic prizes - ballots for this raffle can be purchased at the door on the night.

Don’t miss out on this empowering experience!

All proceeds will be donated to Menopause Together and St. Patrick's College PTA.
