The recent events in Belfast and beyond have the potential to create a housing crisis for individuals and families affected. Many people will undoubtedly need the expert advice of our members Housing Rights in the coming days. In order to support their work, and anyone working in the advice sector, we are offering free access to our online anytime Housing Law course until the end of June. Please register here: https://ow.ly/ZeAb50ZarGt

The course will cover the main points on Homeless Presentations, Temporary Accommodation, Social and Private Tenant Rights and more. It is suitable for those who haven't advised on housing previously or for those seeking to refresh a basic knowledge of the subject matter.

Advice Workers, Community Volunteers, Support Workers or anyone working directly with those impacted by recent events who are in housing need may find this useful.

Yesterday we welcomed community representatives, partners, policymakers and stakeholders to the Sustainable Energy Communities Conference 2026 in Stormont⚡🌍

Throughout the event we heard how local communities across the island have been empowered to take action to tackle fuel poverty, develop energy resilience and overcome climate crisis related challenges through community-led sustainable energy initiatives.

The SEC conference was a brilliant showcasing of collaboration, local leadership and practical solutions, and a reminder of the importance of such projects like the Sustainable Energy Communities model.

Has summer spending started to catch up with you?
It’s easy for costs to build up over the holidays with days out, food shopping, keeping the kids entertained and before you know it, balances can start to feel overwhelming.

Speaking to a debt adviser early can help you take back control and stop things from getting worse.
We’re here to offer free, confidential advice with no judgment, just practical support to help you move forward.
