A brilliant Stress Busting Session for our trainees facilited by Alex and Giela as part of our Right Support Right Time programme! πŸ™Œ

Omagh’s Job Club members met with Alex and Giela to take part in a group session focusing on stress busting, with a focus on job related stress.

The group format for the session was great as it allowed each person to share their own experiences, and hear about the experiences of the rest of the group as well.

The Advocacy Team also offer support after group sessions with issues that may cause individuals stress, and can provide signposting, advocacy, and empower individuals to have their voices heard! πŸ“£

Thank you to Alex and Giela for this wonderful session!
For more information on our advocacy service please contact our Advocacy Team by phone 02890 691351 or email [email protected]

Thanks to the generous funding from the Western Health and Social Care Trust, Mencap NI are gladly able to provide employment and personal development support to individuals with a learning disability in the trust area.
