We recently delivered Keeping Children and Adults Safe training to McDonald's management team. The session explored the legal and policy context of safeguarding and how McDonald’s values linked with this, categories of abuse and possible indicators staff might become aware of, how to respond appropriately to a disclosure of abuse, and how to record and report concerns. Safeguarding concerns could arise in relation to a staff member, a customer, or a partner company. The team now feel more confident in responding.

💜June is 'Purple Month' as Northern Ireland Hospice celebrate 25 years of providing specialist care to local babies, children and families at Northern Ireland Children's Hospice . As part of Purple Month, they are hoping to raise £150,000 to support their work.
