If you live in Northern Ireland, you may be eligible to apply online for a £100 digital pre-paid card to help with the cost of home heating oil. Only one digital card will be allowed for each eligible residential address.

Government ultility- electric support
Please do know about the £63 Government electricity support that is now available.

If you have a prepay/keypad electricity meter, you can receive £63 extra credit when you top up.

The payment is automatic, so you do not need to apply or give anyone your bank details. When you top up, the £63 should be added to your meter automatically.

⚠️ Please be careful of scams — nobody should ask you to pay a fee or provide your bank details to receive this support.

If you have a prepay/keypad meter, it’s worth checking your meter after your next top-up to make sure the credit has been added.

What a fantastic workshop had Family Comfort with Forthspring Intercommunity Group . It was completely packed with useful insights, guidance, and support. We loved how it tackled stress and its impacts in an interactive way, highlighting how differently it affects each of us as various questions are asked.

It wasn't just an event—it was a wonderful space to share personal stories, see how others handle life's challenges, and discover new ways to deal with stress triggers.

We enjoyed an engaging and inspiring fitness walk through the forest. Although we were caught in the rain, it didn't dampen our spirits. While the weather forced us to shorten our walking time, we still made the most of it by having meaningful, interactive conversations focused on individual welfare and care. Achieved stagered counts between 420 and 500 Family Comfort Belfast City Council
